Craig McKenzie is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering and a graduate of Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management with a Master’s Degree in Management (MBA). Mr. McKenzie has 36 years in the oil and gas industry, inclusive of seven years in short line railroading. He has been the CEO of several publicly listed exploration and production companies, as well as several private companies including a national short line railroad, a middle-eastern private-equity backed oil and gas company, and a wood manufacturing company. He also served as advisory to infrastructure funds on corporate acquisitions. Mr. McKenzie has international experience having worked in 24 countries in the areas of in corporate governance and strategy, capital management, mergers and acquisitions, heavy operations, and multi-development projects. Mr. McKenzie is the Managing Partner of Voyageur Capital Group, LLC, registered in Minnesota, as well as is President of Voyageur 1 GP, LLC and Voyageur 1, LP.
